You are a simulation, you’ve got to start considering that.
I’m not going to start this article with a cliché question asking you something so obvious that you’d go like "oh yea! Haven’t really given much thought to this very obvious question!".
Instead, I want to get to the point right away. The reason you clicked on this title.
You may or may not have heard of this theory but wake up and welcome to 2017, the theory that our world may, in fact, be a simulation is a highly debated matter. It's a matter of such importance that we cannot even fathom. Science has been trying to answer this one question for as long as I can remember and that is, "where do we come from?". Over time this question has lost its importance in the pop culture and what seems to be the general phenomenon is that whenever we don't have an answer to that question we stop there and make up another question. Well here's another question for you. Our world is a simulation, cause why not?
This ridiculous question about the simulation theory being true comes to my mind every day when I look around me. With what's happening around the world, I just cannot see rationality in the society anymore. What is so obvious in front of our faces is as if invisible. For eg. we have people being elected to power, people whom the whole world knows are idiots and evil men & women, yet we just stand in our places still supporting them. Where is our sense of rationality fading off to? Something that makes us human is now just fading off. And we aren't being turned into animals but into hardcoded robots!
Today no matter what a leader says, the majority have been hardcoded to follow him or her no matter what. If that tactic fails then the best and always-working tactic is to create a divide within the majority itself, leaving the handful of rational people to submit to whats happening or to just think that it's pointless to make a move at anything with such a majority. It's like this topic of being simulated and a bunch of much more concerning matters has been coded in the predefined majority to be ignored. It's like it isn't even happening.
Humans evolve, but so does AI and in fact at a much faster rate. But the majority is so hard headed on ignoring such information that nothing much can be done to change it except for a complete reboot. And maybe that's what Hitler was probably coded to do.
We have evolved by leaps and bounds since centuries ago, but why has it slowed down so much now? Why aren't we advancing at the same rapid rate anymore? Why is our technology so limited these days? The problem today doesn't seem to be the fact that technology isn't doing its job well but the people in power messing with its evolution. There are so many little inventions — sustainable inventions — with great potential being shunned out due to the ignorance of the people in power. In some cases, technology is being boasted about in the wrong fronts. Today world leaders are saying NO to science and talking about going to war with other nations. This points out to the fact that the hurdles to our progress in terms of evolution are being forcefully put in by someone. Who is higher than the people in power of this 'free world'? No, I'm not referring to God here.
Well if you feel all this talk about the simulation theory is just bull, then for heaven's sake get your sh*t straight and act like a human with feelings and a sense of rationality for once. Prove to the world leaders that you aren't just a stiff, stuck-up hardcoded robot whose purpose is to follow the orders of the powerful at the top of the food chain. Stand up to the powerful, stand up with your own rational thoughts for once and not that of those appointed to influence your thoughts. The world isn't as complicated as it seems. It has been made to look complicated so that you and I would stop seeing the truth and facts and instead follow a common order. Wake up for f**k's sake before the simulation would require a reboot once more.
